They go the extra mile for their clients and accelerate their digital transformation with the Mosaic platform enabling their mobile, social, analytics, IoT, and cloud journeys.Our client is a USD 3.4 billion company with 90,000+ professionals across five continents, helping global customers with innovative solutions.The Group operates in the key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying a leadership position in the construction industry, financial industry, and technology.We are currently searching for an IT Engineer Support:Responsibilities:Provide hardware and software support for production floor using MES Manufacturing Execution Systems.Ensure business continuity and reduce unit losses in the Navojoa plant.Configuration, installation, and testing of hardware in strategic production projects.Support annual preventive maintenance, physical inventories, and weekend projects.Provide technical support for desktops, printers, RF guns, scanners, handheld and fixed printers.Requirements:Experience with hardware equipment: desktops, thermal printers, RF guns, scanners, Cognex.Ability to cover 3 shifts and work on weekends if required.70% English proficiency, availability for mobility or own car.Knowledge of PLC interaction, OPC systems, and Vision Cameras.Experience in MES platforms is a plus but not required.Languages:Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note:On-site.
