Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsabilities: -Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements. -Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the Information Technology team; develops plans to implement these needs. -Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements. -Specifications, procurements and implementations of necessary technologies both software and hardware to maximize resource availability and efficiencies. -Oversees backup, security, and endpoint protection of all network devices. -Remains current on advances in technology. -Provides technical support to users; able to troubleshoot, repair and or replace all necessary hardware and software utilized by the enterprise. -Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports. -Performs other related duties as assigned. -Asset management. -Multi-site/location support. -Risk Assessment and management. -Comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as: *Adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company.
