**IT Expert - Datacenter Administrator**
You will be the primary contact for resolving operational problems within an enterprise network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability.
**Your tasks**:
- Maintain and support a high availability server infrastructure supporting 24x7 environments.
- 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
- Perform Active Directory Services administration and management to include design, cleanup and routine
maintenance and configuration. Develop, update, document and manage GPOs across complex multiple
domain, network environment.
- VMware ESX configuration and administration
- Backup configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Administration of the Corporate Standard Windows Systems & windows Applications
- Documentation according to standards
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures consistent with IT best practices and service level agreements to ensure service availability.
- Sustain best practices such as configuration and release management, change control procedures, site documentation and cross training.

**Your Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree of Information System Management or related
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in VMware, Veeam
- Experience in server/storage/backup hardware
- Experience in Windows Deployment services for Operating Systems and Applications
- Excellent communication skill in English (Both Written and Verbal)
