.**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5002: Carrier - Plant B, Carretera a García Km. 1.3, Parque STIVA, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Role Overview**- As part of Carrier's IT Digital transformation, the incumbent will be part of the IT Digital Factory Operations COE and will lead, manage and execute all IT work related to factory operations such as: Manufacturing Project support, IT fulfillment for Carrier productivity initiatives, Continuous business and IT process improvement, Overall local execution for global IT initiatives and operational activities.- The role will create a solid partnership between IT and the Business / Manufacturing directors and will collaborate with the global IT COEs to identify factory priorities, plan and deliver technology projects /initiatives for the local site. Sharing best practices or supporting other sites could be required on demand.- The incumbent will have interaction with the plant operations directors and business leadership to drive overall improvements for the business processes in alignment with the IT Factory Operations and overall IT Digital transformation strategy. Also will ensure IT fulfillment for day to day operational matters required to run the business in combination with other IT COEs, Vendors and IT strategic partners.- This role will report to the Associate Director, Global Digital Factory Services.**Domain expertise knowledge & Certifications**- At least 7 years of experience in demand planning and manufacturing for large portfolio of technical projects- Good understanding of Scrum, Lean and other agile techniques- Strong project management skills; certifications preferred- Good understanding of IT Service Management; ITIL certification preferred- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP, MES and infrastructure concepts- Six Sigma GB / Lean Manufacturing Certification is desired.**Skills & Abilities**:- Ability to lead, manage and execute process improvement (both IT and Business processes) activities- Demonstrate transformational leadership skills (encourage, inspire and motivate)- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.- Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex system analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.- Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service orientation.- Ability to communicate highly technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences through writing and presentations
