**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Extensive experience in process documentation, improvement methodologies, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Strong expertise in O365 tools, including Excel, Power Automate, and Power BI, with the ability to automate tasks and streamline financial processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
