**The Role**- Align the strategies of the IT area with the strategies of the Organization approved by the local Senior Management.- Establish the budget and resources needed to achieve the objectives in the IT and Operations area.- Define the necessary policies to have an adequate administration of local resources.- Advise the design and development of new products and software.- Define and monitor the indicators that allow detecting opportunities for optimization of the processes.- Manage the proper development and training of people in the area.- Active involvement in local business development, prioritization, governance processes, and decision-making.- Management of an assigned team of Business Relationship Managers, PMs, BAs, etc.
as assigned to work on the delivery of change within the country.- Responsible for the delivery of change and service delivery.
**The Requirements**- B.S.
in computer science or equivalent certifications and experience.- Preferred knowledge in ITIL Prince, and Agile methodologies.- Business and/or IT strategy formulation skills.- Leadership skills especially in organizing and implementing cross-departmental programs, projects, meetings, and activities.- Experience in working directly with the business unit leaders and their organizations, and in providing IT services to both internal and external clients.- 5+ years of experience in the financial/insurance services industry, with at least 3 of these in a leadership role- Proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service through large-scale, multi-functional change programs- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish**The Application Process**- Stage 2: Online assessments- Stage 3: Live video interview with the hiring manager and team- Stage 4: Decision Process- Stage 4: Offer and onboarding- Equal Opportunity Employer_
