**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide help desk support to staff, troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new computers and hardware.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and records.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Provide support during IT projects and system upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and computer hardware setup.
