We are searching for an I.T. Help Desk Associate. Our helpdesk associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers who need technical assistance. You will be responsible for performing in person and remote assistance for troubleshooting issues and determining the best solution based on the issue and details. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage help desk tickets in a timely manner by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, in person or remotely. Providing accurate and quick resolutions ensuring a great customer experience.
- For those unresolved issues, provide the appropriate information, in a timely fashion, to the next level of support personnel to ensure requests are followed through till resolution.
- Keep well documented records/logs of problems and their resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain phones, printers, desktops, and other related equipment/devices/systems.
- Passing on any feedback or suggestions by customers to identify improvements to the internal team.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the end users on network.
- Provide other duties and functions as requested by manager.

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Firsthand experience with diagnosing and resolving basic tech issues.
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- 1-3 Years experience with IT work and Help desk

Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Villahermosa 86287 Centro Tabasco, Villahermosa Centro Tabasco, Villahermosa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- English (preferred)
