It Help Desk Support Specialist

USA Clinics Group is growing and looking to add an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to our team!
As an IT Help Desk employee, you would be responsible for managing incoming help desk tickets and calls from 80+ clinics across the country.
The person filling this role should be able to assist employees with IT issues in the office or questions on how to use IT systems, such as Internet connectivity issues, Printing, Apple Enterprise applications, etc.
This person should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks based on level of importance.
