It Inside Sales Specialist

Description and RequirementsThe Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working with some account managers (2 or 3) to assist them in the daily back office tasks such as quotes and proposals. This support allows the Account Managers to focus on selling and managing the strategy of SMB projects, as well as spend more time with customers. The ISS is also responsible for driving incremental sales/bids in the territory and developing reports to support strategic goals.
Measurement: Performance measurements will be directly tied to the quarterly KPI metricsIncremental sales/bids in the assigned territoryManaging back office tasks for 2 or 3 Account ManagersPreparing technical and economic proposals for bidsEstablishing strong collaboration with all local and regional functions, especially the Brand team and Finance, critical for achieving country goalsIdentifying process improvements and managing special projectsInteractions: The Inside Sales Specialist will interface with other members of the sales, product, fulfillment, GSC, and Finance departments to ensure appropriate account management and achieve business goals.
