**Responsibilities**:
Las responsabilidades de esta posición incluyen, pero no están limitadas a lo siguiente:
- Soporte al usuario local y/o remoto
- Seguimiento a proyectos locales
- Seguimiento a tickets con otros grupos de IT
- Seguimiento a tareas con proveedores externos
**Background & Skills**:
- Conocimiento intermedio de Windows 10/11 y Office
- Conocimiento básico en redes básico y desarrollo
- Inglés intermedio
- Autodidacta y Proactivo
- Comunicación efectiva
- Responsabilidad y puntualidad
