No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis role will be mainly (but not limited) in charge of:Laboratories' Instruments connectivity integration/maintain with Labvantage LIMS/other, developing new device drivers for future instruments connection with Labvantage LIMS/other as well as supporting existing drivers.Develop/maintain the reports required for 5 R&D Labs functions currently implemented into Labvantage, and the future functions to come, developing reports needed to support the laboratory functions in Jasper tool.Your ImpactAs IT LIMS Java Sr. Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Work closely with the IT LIMS Functional Lead and IT Solution Architect to stay in line with business goals and ensure the delivery is aligned with the business requirements and delivery plan.Procuring the project requirements like required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives.Manage the relationship with Labs SMEs to ensure the business requirement understanding (detailed product requirements and use cases), including end-to-end software development starting from analysis to delivery and maintenance.Managing the constraints of the plan and issues, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.Specify the quality of the deliverables for acceptance criteria definition.Typically, we work remotely but sometimes we move to the client site.
Depending on your location, you may travel up to 5% (on average).Update or produce documentation that may be used inside and outside the company.Attend instrument connectivity meetings.Write periodic status progress reports.Work closely with a team to solve issues and create new features in the connectivity space.Resolve technical issues that arise within the program.Meet with lab management teams to plan the implementation of LIMS, enhancements, and assess impact to operations and necessary workflow changes.Perform other duties as needed
