About the role
Overall leadership of the site Tech activities and Support teams enabling the successful implementation of HALEON Tech Products ensuring alignment between business and Tech strategies. This role is the key partner with the Site Leadership and larger Tech organization reporting into the North America Head of Tech role.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a comprehensive Tech Strategy & Plan for the sites that (a) include full-set of activities required to enable business vision (b) take into account overall program loading / resourcing (c) aligns to global/divisional strategies.
- Drive and monitor the overall program of Tech Projects delivering resources and global projects engaging with the site (both project delivered with local resources and global projects engaging with the site).
- Ensure appropriate design for site projects and HALEON global products, ensuring adherence to all relevant patterns and standards.
- Engage with service providers and global service providers to monitor performance and where required drive improvement to end-to-end Tech services supporting business operations.
- Ensure Tech regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Establish and manage site Tech strategy, program planning, project management, service management & risk management processes.
- Coordinate and manage portfolio ROADMAP and Tech Opex and Capex.
- Primary accountability for managing the relationship between Tech and with senior site stakeholders (including SLT and site director).
- Interface with / virtually manage multiple service providers in different geographical locations.
- Lead cross functional teams to drive Tech service/process improvement project impacting business KPIs one or more CH Supply Chain sites.
- Management of large site Tech projects.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Graduated in Systems Analyses or Computer Science or Information Technologies or similar.
- Experience of 5-7 years in similar function with Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare Industry in manufacturing environment, good knowledge in terms of GxP/GMP processes.
- Good communication and conflict management
- Good Tech Skills to develop and monitoring of projects.
- Tasks organization and cases priority.
- Constant follow up with the Site Director, SLT and other Tech Partners.
- Interaction with global Tech teams, Americas Regional Tech Team as well as in country Commercial Tech teams
Preferred
- In-depth knowledge of E2E Supply Chain business strategy and processes.
- Knowledge and experience of Tech strategy planning.
- Knowledge and experience of effective service management approaches (eg. ITIL).
- Knowledge and experience of effective Tech project and program management.
- Knowledge of Tech project management processes and practices (Tech approval process and ITMS/IQMS).
- Broad knowledge / experience of process improvement techniques and methodologies such as Agile ways of working (experimentation).
- Knowledge and experience of effective Tech risk management practices and processes.
- General Knowledge of IT/OT architecture and standards.
- Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements for Tech systems.
- Strong English Language Skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish Language Skills (desirable)
- IT Technical Knowledge (infrastructure, Network, Databases security, etc)
- SAP Implementation (desirable)
- SAP knowledge "Implementation and operational knowledge" (desirable)
