It Manager

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and strategic IT Manager to lead our IT department.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of our technology systems and infrastructure.
The IT Manager will oversee IT projects, evaluate new technologies, and manage daily IT operations to support the organization's goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT staff, ensuring IT service delivery, developing IT policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to fulfill technology needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT field At least 5 years of experience in an IT Management position, leadership experience in a 24x7 department supporting physical IT Infrastructure (computer, network, storage) Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and support systems Proficient in project management methodologies Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for IT functions Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with staff and executives across departments Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish Benefits Health Insurance (Gastos Medicos Mayores) Life Insurance All law benefits offered
