.**MERCURY****Solicita**:**IT Manager****Descripción y Requisitos****Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:- Acts as the bridge between the functional/business teams, technical teams, and support teams - Including day-to-day escalations.- Partner with the Business Leaders and Key Individual Contributors to create and process IT initiative proposals or business cases, collaborating with business stakeholders, portfolio management, and Application Delivery colleagues to define scope, ROI, risks & mitigations, major components of work, staffing requirements, and financial needs- Serve as internal voice of the customer as needed by articulating needs; validate and make finaldecision on any proposed solutions as well as confirming alignment to technical roadmaps.- Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value are aligned with product strategy. Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap- When necessary, project Lead/Manage initiatives that require full lifecycle execution from ideation to solution execution- Provide insights and thought leadership on industry/functional trends and best practices to guide business priorities, customer and employee experience advancements, and technology decisions- Elicits functional requirements by conducting interviews, requirements workshops, observations and reviews current workflows and system documentation- Critically evaluates the information gathered to ensure it meets the needs of the business area as well as IT goals- Drives and challenges the business area on their current processes and assumptions to define the best solutions for the business need- Works to ensure that requirements, process flows, test scenarios, support documentation, and user training represent the full functionality of the of the business systems- Leverage relationships to influence and maintain a horizon view of their respective area across groups from a people, process, technology landscape- Travel: 10-15%**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.- A minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on organization objectives.- Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company)- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting- Understands the IT industry, e.G. emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture and vendor landscape
