**IT Manager - Job Description**
- Manage all IT components and day to day operation software and programs over the multi-location offices
- Manage and execute development tasks mainly in PhP, CSS and web development
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Industry specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required
- 0-1 years of proven (hands on) experience in IT operations and troubleshooting, including managing tech systems
- Knowledge of the following technologies: PhP, CSS, HTML and IP management
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software.
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $16,500.00 per month
