.**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- In the support of harmonizing and standardizing EssilorLuxottica support organization for the Nearshore labs and reporting to the Global NS support Manager, the NS Support Manager - Site manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the support activities of the NS lab.He/She will be responsible to build one IT support organization that will manage all the support activities for the site (Tijuana or Chihuahua). He/She will have to interact closely with the Operations/GM, the different IT COE, IT project teams, Rx IT & NS CI.He/She will actively participate in: Creating the NS IT Support organization in order to drive an effective Lab Support group with the direction of the COE. Improving customer experience. Building strong working relationships across the organization. Creating operational efficiencies. Implement standard support KPIs, Develop standard processes & procedures.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a global support organization that will support the NS Lab (Tijuana or Chihuahua). Ensure alignment with IT COE. Work closely with the RxIT leadership team. Report & track support incident & SLA performance. Work closely with Deployment/Project and Release Management leaders. Establish strong relationships with operations Leadership teams. Working with Regional Rx Operations Management, to establish Support and Continuous Improvement Priorities. Support in establishing and implementing methodologies, processes and best practices in Release cycles, regression testing in collaboration with Rx Products, Rx Delivery Management, IT COEs Standardize and implement SLAs, KPIs and communication on service levels. Manage support demand intake and prioritization in collaboration with the different IT COE. Manage allocation of resources & escalation process. Create a high-performing team to ensure support service and performance standards are achieved or exceeded across the Americas in coordination with the COE. Implement & follow standard support processes (including escalation process). Responsib**Experiência y requisitos**- EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science, or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience. 5 years of leadership in project/program management 5 years of experience in managing resources Proficient in working with Business Units to understand needs/requirements with an ability to provide innovative solutions proven history of technical and organizational leadership Proven ability to work with a cross functional & distributed Teams Works well with others and is a skilled communicator both verbally and in writing. Experience interacting with technology partners and executive teams to establish strong working relationships. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under shifting deadlines with potentially ambiguous or nebulous requirements in a fast-paced environment
