**IT Manager - Job Description**- Manage all IT components and day to day operation software and programs over the multi-location offices- Manage and execute development tasks mainly in PhP, CSS and web development- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.- Assisting with network administration tasks.- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.- Resolving all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.- Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.- Industry specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required- 0-1 years of proven (hands on) experience in IT operations and troubleshooting, including managing tech systems- Knowledge of the following technologies: PhP, CSS, HTML and IP management- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software.- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $16,500.00 per monthPregunta(s) de postulación:- Submit CV in English!
