It Manager

**IT Manager****Job based in Matamoros, Coah., Torreon Plant, Division E-Systems.****You will be responsible to deliver value for all business areas, especially operations, in the form of IT services and solutions that are aligned to the business needs, priorities and strategy, while adhering to the IT strategic road map, best practices, security standards, IT governance and a continuous improvement mindset.****YOUR TASK WILL BE***- Maintain IT budget commitments.- Prepare expenses for next year's budget.- Keep disciplined track expenses plan vs. execution.- Adhere to CAPEX Target.- Ensure understanding of all plant departments and key stakeholders on IT work intake process.- Full ITPM/SOX Compliance.- Special follow up and full compliance on software licensing and security.- Document risks and plant to avoid, prevent, mitigate.- Personnel management.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree on Computer Engineering or related.- +3 years as IT Manager in the Manufacturing Industry- Knowledge in SOX (audits), ITPM, software update, operating systems, MRP, network communication protocols.- Advanced English Level required.
