Manages business continuity and recovery of company's information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation, and documentation. Analyzes the needs of functional departments (e.G., manufacturing, marketing, human resources) and establishes priorities for feasibility studies and systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Support and deployment of user's requests and changes to the IT Infrastructure environment based on ITSM best practices.40Monitor and perform required activities to meet ITSM SLAand Security Report requirement levels based on ITSM statistics, Monitor Servers, and Security console reports.Perform continuous systems and equipment changes and updates based on analysis of results.Installs new software releases/system upgrades, evaluates, and installs patches and resolves software and security related problems.10Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity and Performs system backups and recovery per SOP and Standards and Guidelines5Participates at meetings and sets forth IT policies and plans to ensure disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, programming issues, user needs, etc. are addressed.2Approves IT budgets and projects within scope as set by top organizational level.2Selects and oversees appropriate subordinate IT staff and contractors to ensure smooth coverage of company's IT systems, networks, and programming requirements
