.IT Manager (Microsoft Security - English - Remote in Mexico) Requires: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Security products and solutions, cloud computing (Azure), network security, Microsoft 365 E3/E5, and IT infrastructure Inviso seeks an experienced and dynamic IT Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Security to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft's security solutions and will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, robust, and aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Process Development and Management: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining well-defined IT processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent team operations. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a specific focus on enhancing security measures. Security & Compliance Oversight: Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions, including but not limited to, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office, Identity, Cloud Apps), and Microsoft Purview. Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints (Microsoft Intune). Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and manage IT risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans and lead the response to security breaches and other IT emergencies. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the best use of technology and security solutions. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and technology investments. Qualifications Must be fully fluent in English, ideally at a C2 level. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing Microsoft Security solutions.
