Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.Your role at BaxterThis is where my expertise drives business innovation**What you'll be doing**- Lead a team in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust service management processes aligned with ITIL standard methodologies. Specifically for Change/Release management, request management, asset management and CMDB- Will own Change, Release, Service Request process globally.- Will collaborate with service providers and infrastructure towers to ensure good operation of Service Management capabilities.- Ensure strict adherence to change management policies, procedures, and standards across all IT teams and regions.- Will be responsible for backend monitoring, L1 routine tasks, and monitoring tool upkeep across all infrastructure towers.- Lead the performance of all Infrastructure services, including SLA performance across IT Service Management processes.- Own the asset, CMDB, and change management processes and data accuracy.- Direct a team that facilitates Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making regarding changes.- Develop and maintain comprehensive change/release reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the impact of changes on IT services and systems.- Lead Asset Management initiatives, including the tracking, maintenance, and optimization of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.- Take ownership of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding IT assets, configurations, and relationships.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement IT service management policies, procedures, and standard methodologies.- Lead any work completed by outside vendors.- Identify areas for improvement within IT service management processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.- Function as a liaison between IT teams, customers, and vendors to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of service management issues.- Establish and provide effective and timely reporting of key metric data related to Service Management- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT service management staff, encouraging a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
