This position requires a solid understanding of network protocols, standards, architectures, administration tools, and software.
The administrator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a network, including configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other network devices.
The role includes monitoring network performance, security, and availability, and implementing backup and recovery procedures.This role requires good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
A network administrator typically has a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and may also have certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA.ProfileBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.Fluent English.
(Required)1-3 years of experience in a similar position.Office 365 (Mandatory Excel Domain)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Entry-level server certification, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent is preferred.US VISA / MX Passport is preferred.ResponsibilitiesAssist with implementation of monitoring tools and confirming all devices are being monitored.Create dashboards to show network performance.Conduct network security audits and support vulnerability assessments.Track and investigate alerts created from network monitoring tools.Monitor ticket system for network incidents that Help Desk cannot resolve – escalate to L3 Network Team members as necessary for job shadowing and learning how to resolve common incidents.Diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Maintain documentation of configuration changes and procedures.Track and manage network hardware and software inventory.Technical Skills:Basic understanding of network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Familiarity with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls.Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.Personal Attributes:Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.US VISA / MX Passport (is a must).Our Company offers:Growth and development.Benefits above law.Global company experience.Place to work: Silao, Guanajuato.#J-18808-Ljbffr
