It Operations Analyst I

This position's primary responsibility is for Customer Service through supporting users IT requirements. Other responsibilities include incident support, troubleshooting problems according to TEIS policies, processes, and procedures.
- General Activities:
- Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer.
- May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation.
- Manages tape backups including physical tape handling.
- Coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems.
- Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.
- Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.
- Comply with IT and Business policies, procedures and service guidelines.
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to the appropriate technical personnel.
- Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas.

- Bachelor's degree related.
- At least 1 year of experience as IT Analyst, IT Operations, Site IT support.

Travel: Less than 10%
