The headquarters is located in Stavanger, Norway.We are lookin for an **_IT Operations Support_** for our operations in Monterrey, Mexico.- REQUIREMENTS_- Advanced english- Experience with end user support including hardware and software.- Experience with supporting Windows 10 and 11- Experience with supporting Microsoft 365 including, but not limited to, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, PowerBI, Teams.- Experience with configuring and maintaining hardware such as laptops, mobile devices.- Experience using an IT ticket management system.- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune- Knowledge of network configuration and support including, but not limited to cabling, troubleshooting.- Knowledge of Wi-Fi-Access point configuration and maintenance- Knowledge of network cabling standards- Experience terminating and testing network cables.- Knowledge of Cisco Switching- Ability to perform basic and mid-level troubleshooting
