.**What you'll be able to do**:- Support a operation in multiple locations in multiple US cities and Latam- Provide technical support (I.T. Applications, Infrastructure, operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to business customers throughout the facilities.- Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.- Support Business Managed Systems / DevOps in resolving incidents; Support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (e. g. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations) if necessary- Assist team lead with managing assignments and workload.- Develop, maintain, and share, accurate support documentation**The minimum requirements we seek**:- Bachelor's degree- A strong desire to learn Enterprise Technology operations and business practices is desired.- Broad business perspective is helpful. Understanding of computer-based tools, computing infrastructure and interest in processes that support Product Design & engineering is core.- A willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and flexible working shift is a foundation in this space- Experience with Office automation, Windows, PC's & Printers- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English.- Knowledge on using Rally or Jira tools for Project Tracking is preferred.- Familiar with cause-effect diagnostics methodologies like FMEA, Ishikawa, etc (6-Sixma in gral)- Ability to multi-task; managing multiple tasks- Work efficiently and effectively with diverse, cross functional teams under stressful circumstances- Able to create PowerApps - Power Automate - Sharepoint Sites for process automations- Qlik Sense and Alteryx proficiency is a plus.
