Understanding of computer-based tools, computing infrastructure and interest in processes that support Product Design & engineering is core.- A willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and flexible working shift is a foundation in this space- Experience with Office automation, Windows, PC's & Printers- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English.- Knowledge on using Rally or Jira tools for Project Tracking is preferred.- Familiar with cause-effect diagnostics methodologies like FMEA, Ishikawa, etc (6-Sixma in gral)- Ability to multi-task; managing multiple tasks- Work efficiently and effectively with diverse, cross functional teams under stressful circumstances- Able to create PowerApps - Power Automate - Sharepoint Sites for process automations- Qlik Sense and Alteryx proficiency is a plus.
