We are seeking a highly experienced IT Processes Specialist with a deep understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, specializing in implementing and managing IT processes within production environments focused on Cybersecurity for Operational Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining and implementing processes in complex environments, measuring process performance, and ensuring efficient IT operations. This role demands expertise in ITIL/ISO 20000 processes, a general knowledge of cybersecurity, and strong project management skills. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage and troubleshoot IT platforms, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement IT processes aligned with best practices and global standards. Monitor and measure the performance of IT processes, with a focus on continuous improvement. Manage IT services including Incident, Problem, Change, Business Relationship, and Project Management. Oversee platform management and resolve technical issues efficiently. Lead and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and projects. Candidate Must have skills: Expertise in ITIL Processes and ISO 20000 standards. Proven experience in process definition and implementation in complex environments. Strong ability to measure and monitor process performance. Experience in IT Services Management. Solid project management skills. General knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Advanced English proficiency Good to have skills: Advanced certifications in ITIL or ISO 20000 Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
