In this role, you will use a general understanding of the tasks and techniques that are used to perform moderately complex business analysis such as solution evaluation, strategy analysis, elicitation and collaboration, requirement life cycle management, requirements analysis and design definitions and business analysis planning and monitoring to advance the profitability or efficiency of the business. You will partner with multiple stakeholders, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make general decisions to improve business performance. Key AccountabilitiesBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of related work experience. Ability to influence peers and leadership stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people. Strong project management, planning and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Business fluency in English.Preferred QualificationsCaPM, PMP, CSM, or other Project Management certification. Experience in the manufacturing industry. Ability to travel up to 5%.
