carrier network and enterprise network.
The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical:
based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications.
The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:

General responsibilities:
- Project planning coordination and development
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project governance and management
- Project management process use and compliance
- Project communication planning and execution:
setting appropriate expectations, communicating status with all stakeholder groups, escalating issues and concerns when warranted.
- Participate in various project meetings
- Track project status
- Working with the sponsor to ensure the planned business value is progressing according to plan
- Coordination (with Procurement) of vendor management (RFI, RFP, SOW, etc.)
- End user training planning and coordination
- Change management addressed in organization, technology, architecture, and business readiness
- Coordination of quality outcomes through test planning and execution
- Execution of project plan deliverables, including operational readiness with the appropriate project team members
- Issue facilitation and resolution
- Resource management to ensure the correct resources are available in a timely manner with the sufficient skillsets to meet project needs
