It Project Manager

**Description**Molex (part of Koch industries) has been driving innovation in electronics for more than 80 years and supporting industries from Automotive to Healthcare and Consumer to Data Communications. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team in El Salto, Jalisco.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, execution and completion of a project to achieve desired outcomes and goals.- Create a work plan, define tasks, milestones, costs and measures of success and track/evaluate the project against quality, scope, costs and schedule to mitigate gaps/issues/risks on a timely manner and ensure proper project closure.- Promote a culture of strict adherence to Koch's privacy and general compliance philosophy and ensure that information security risk is continuously assessed on all assigned projects.- Communicate relevant project information to leaders and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion.- Identify opportunities for improvement, document and share lessons learned that will increase the team's efficiency and motivation.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Capability to initiate/manage project teams excelling the project management concepts, practices and procedures within a technical capability- Background in IT system implementation projects- Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently- Working knowledge of project management software**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Project Management Certification (PMP, SCRUM, etc.)- Working knowledge of MS Project- Working Knowledge of JiraLI-CNB**JOB DETAILS**: LocationEl Salto, JaliscoCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number124992
