**Job Description**:
Multiple Project handling - Productivity, Customer Satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of managerial experience in IT industry
- Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities
- Good in manage aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans
- Identify, analyze and recommend project situations to management
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
- Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables
- Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
