Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a IT Project Manager located in Flex Guadalajara Norte.
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager this role will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, etc.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
- Defines resources (and resource allocation) and schedules for implementation.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within a group.
- Performs team assessments and evaluations.
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for external services.
- Create and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Conduct presentations of technical information.
- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
- Prepare purchase orders as per the established process.
Experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Previous exp as an IT PROJECT MANAGER
- Floor control systems experience
- Strong exp with SQL server.
- Previous exp manger projects and support flow L2 & L3
- Flexflow NICE TO HAVE
- PM (Project Management) MUST SKILL
