A brilliant communicator who is a proactive, focused and determined individual.You will facilitate, develop and document technical business requirements and user stories, as well as **create technical documentation**.**As an IT Project Manager, you are going to**:- Monitor project delivery and identifying issues that may occur will be an important part of your role.- Create technical documentation.- Spend a significant amount of time on communication, both with the Client as well as the project team and supporting roles at STX Next.- Take responsibility for communication with business stakeholders.- You will look after all project management areas to ensure that each is properly managed to ensure project success.- You will be the first point of contact in terms of project delivery.- Analyse business needs. Provide use cases and exceptions.- Monitor project progress, identify and manage project risks and issues.- Deal with project coordination, decomposition of the scope of work and execution.- Business travel to the USA - around 15%.**Must have**:- At least 2 years of experience in project management.- At least 2 years of experience in IT.- Technical background.- Previous experience as Product Owner.- Experience as an individual contributor.- Fluent in English both verbally and written - at least C1.- Strongly desired expertise working with software development teams previously (ideally around front-end development activities).- A strong ability to lead the facilitation, development, comprehension, and documentation of technical business requirements and user stories.- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects.- Desire to develop into Agile roles.**Benefits****Work-life balance** - We are open to discussing individual needs.
