POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead our IT initiatives, drive system integration, and manage tech-driven projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and boosting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT project management, capable of overseeing multiple projects from conception through to completion and ensuring alignment with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES: System Assessment & Integration: Evaluate our current technological framework to identify improvement areas, ensuring systems like HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Workspace, Xero, Slack are optimized for interaction and data coherence. Project Management: Lead key projects, including implementing a Property Management System (PMS) and enhancements to our booking systems to enable instant booking capabilities. Website and E-commerce Development: Oversee the redesign or enhancement of our website to improve user engagement, streamline navigation, and integrate self-service booking functionalities. CRM Optimization: Configure and manage our CRM to effectively track and manage customer interactions, supporting marketing efforts and enhancing customer loyalty. Analytics and Reporting: Implement analytics tools to derive actionable insights, facilitating predictive modeling and strategic decision-making. Vendor and Technology Selection: Identify, vet, and recommend external teams for implementing new systems, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Innovative Revenue Strategies: Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to diversify revenue streams and elevate customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights and recommendations on technology and business alignment. AI: Investigating and recommending AI solutions that can deliver an outsized impact on our business. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in technology management, particularly in e-commerce and CRM optimization. Strong track record in system integration and project management. Innovative thinker with a knack for identifying and deploying tech solutions that enhance business operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
