IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)**Location**: Monterrey**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Project Management**:Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.**PMO Methodology**:Implement and adhere to PMO best practices and standards.Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure alignment with company-wide project management standards.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the PMO team.**Stakeholder Management**:Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project.**Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation actions.**Resource Management**:Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure resource availability and allocation.**Continuous Improvement**:Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and PMO methodologies.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in infrastructure.Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Equal Opportunity**:Bluehill Devs is an equal-opportunity employer.
