The WPP Creative Agency IT team is seeking a Project Manager to shepherd key strategic programs and projects across WPP Operating Companies in support of the larger WPP transformation, and directly impacting the strategic initiatives of each group of companies.
As a Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally with a wide network of sponsors and stakeholders, across WPP Operating Companies. You will have the opportunity to drive complex initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties and successful execution of programs and individual projects.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Work closely with key stakeholders including business sponsors, product owners, development and support teams, and other parties involved to properly document scope, project governance model, roles & responsibilities, scheduling, planned cost, communication, etc.
- Capable of owning business analysis for multiple initiatives and keeping stakeholders and development teams aligned and updated on project status.
- Help Identify, define and prioritize technical and functional requirements
- You will actively manage, report on and escalate risks and issues whilst developing mitigation plans to address
- You will work diligently to ensure dependencies are met and actions are assigned, agreed and closed on time
- Ensure program benefits are continuously identified, baselined and tracked with appropriate business ownership
- Define and collate metrics to track benefits realization
- Pro-actively investigate pain points to identify opportunities that contribute to moving the needle in direction of program objectives
- Support team developments by removing roadblocks and identifying how best to utilise resources globally to ensure successful programs
- Act as a project manager for major initiatives across the organization, integrating diversity of perspectives into design and delivery approaches
- Support development and evolution of PMO processes and documentation
- Support the Portfolio Manager in working with IT business partners and IT operations teams to plan IT budgets for projects
- Monitor project performance and measure ROI
**Who you'll be working with**:
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and strong examples to support this in a program/change management capacity
- Proven stakeholder management skills working with all levels of an organization
- Experience in successfully managing ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex program/projects with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Experience working with software development teams (agile/scrum) products owners, end users and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and business adoption of new technology
