**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered within defined timeframes and budget constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on delivery.
- Scope & Change Management: Manage project scope and handle requests for change, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Post-project evaluations: Identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (3-5 years), preferably in the transportation logistics industry.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- PMP and/or ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including Project Management and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
