The person in this position will support the Information Systems and Information Assurance (ISIA) Team, providing high-quality services and you will be trusted to work on managing infrastructure and integrations projects.
You will be representing outstanding service as a liaison between internal Alcon customers, associates, and partners.
How You Will Make a Difference
Project ownership, risk management, change management, issue tracking and escalation, project status and documentation.
Manage day-to-day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and / or the standard terms and conditions required.
Experienced with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Creation / ongoing management of project plan inclusive of milestones and tasks
Reporting project status and budget to ISIA PMO management and project sponsor
Experienced with MS Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow or other Project Management tool.
Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments.
Maintain alignment between the project team and external resources.
Lead the project team and facilitate results from members to drive to successful delivery.

Skills For Success
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience
Current PMP certification preferred.
5+ years of experience as project manager
3 years of experience leading multiple, complex implementation projects
3 years of experience supporting integration and infrastructure projects
3-5 years' experience in a regulated industry
Knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
Understanding of project financials and tracking
Complete understanding of PMI project phases
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills (English)
Strong proven leadership capabilities
Excellent customer service skills
