As our technology footprint and portfolio expands, timely execution of our portfolio and technology roadmap is key to our success.If this challenge excites you, please apply within.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and handle a portfolio of IT and business transformation projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and dependencies.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project achievements are reached.Cultivate strong relationships with internal business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on technology solutions.Explore methods to improve processes and implement effective project management techniques.Coordinate organizational change activities, including team member engagement, training, and communication, to ensure smooth project implementation and adoption.Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, incorporating them into project planning and execution.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Validated experience in effectively leading and handling sophisticated IT and/or organizational change initiativesExperience using Planview or other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools preferred.Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Medical & Clinical space.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Expertise in leading project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources successfully.Critical thinker and proactive problem-solving approach and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent social skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate optimally at all levels
