German is a plus**Your responsibilities**Must possess knowledge of business analysis, processes, and project management:- Manage projects to ensure successful and consistent delivery on scope, budget, and schedule- Estimate resource requirements for all work packages and project deliverables- Monitor project progress continuously and conduct project monitoring meetings- Identify and monitor project risks and implement risk management plans- Manage project scope and project change requests- Act as interface to all other M&A Workstreams- Must be able to handle data confidentialityIT Project Manager M&A needed to support small and medium sized M&A projects through all phases:- Manage IT workstream during deal transaction phase (e.G.
due diligence, baselining, carve-out concept, expert sessions)- Plan and execute carve-out/Integration concept and legal cave-out- Coordinate Transitional Service Agreements, licenses and contracts transferResponsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
