**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standups, Grooming, Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Coaching the team in Agile practices and guiding them in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Assisting the team in removing impediments and resolving conflicts to maintain flawless project execution.
- Conducting knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and coaching new team members on Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Navigating through conflicts and managing external and internal disputes effectively.
**Production Release Management**:
- Creating RFCs and related artifacts for production releases.
- Communicating and coordinating with dependent teams for the required support.
- Managing production release calls and ensuring all SOP activities are completed.
- Maintaining oversight of INC tickets assigned to the team and following up with requesters for confirmation once issues are resolved.
- Appropriately managing xMatter schedules to ensure efficient release management.
**Process Improvement**:
- Continuously working on process improvements to optimize team performance.
- Encouraging experimentation and learning to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of Scrum processes and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure world-class project delivery.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Representing the team in various meetings and calls, such as SOS, ART Sync, Joint ART Sync calls, major release calls, and defect triage calls.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
- Ensuring clear and transparent communication of project goals, priorities, and progress.
- Working closely with various teams and individuals to ensure efficient collaboration and meet project goals.
**Experience and Knowledge**:
- 5+ years of experience leading Scrum teams.
- Extensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Scrum teams.
- In-depth understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
**Certifications**:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., A-CSM, CSP-SM).
- Other Agile certifications like PMI-ACP or SAFe are beneficial.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire the team.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and effective communication.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address challenges and maintain a positive team dynamic.

**Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with Agile tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of software development is a plus.
