**Description**:
The main project is migration of Jobs from the legacy APS Cron tool to the Santander Control M too. These jobs perform important business functions so an effective project manager with relatable knowledge of the technology, lots of project management experience, effective communication skills in English and Spanish and leadership abilities is what we're looking for.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Technical**:
- Infrastructure high level design/requirements analysis capabilities
- Root cause high level analysis
**Understanding of the following concepts**:
- Cloud, Private and Public
- High Availability - HA
- Load balancing
- Virtualization
- Monitoring
- Software lifecycle
- Change management
- Vulnerability/patching/hardening
- Environments (Disaster Recovery / Production / Pre-Production /Certification /Development)

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Working knowledge of Drift Detection, File Integrity Monitoring
- Working knowledge of Dynatrace
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Identify disparities between environments
- Working knowledge of monitoring tool integrations
**SKILLS**
- Management of multiple concurrent priorities
- Effective communications skills
- Risk management to properly identify risks on time, workaround, and risk mitigation actions proactively
- Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level, plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skills set per activity
- Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring)
- Software projects management experience is a plus (to understand SLDC and products lifecycle)
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical decisions/issues to different stakeholders
- Strong organization skills (document, log and track actions, issues...)
- Technical background is a plus (system engineer, IT operations,)
- Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment (Change management, incident management, service management
