OverviewThe Technical Project Manager I is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
They serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.This is an Onsite role at CDMX, in Lomas de Chapultepec.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution:Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and successful project completion.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise.Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.Communication and Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.Manage expectations and address concerns of project sponsors and stakeholders.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Risk Management and Quality Assurance:Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement proactive risk management strategies.Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Address concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.Skills:Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
