This practice should be carried out within agreed conditions and according to current methodology and aligned to best practicesEnsure SDLC adherenceOwn the engagement and completion of organizational and league external processes, ensuring that the responsible teams fully adhere with governance requirementsEscalate to assigned portfolio manager issues related to league external process and impediments that affect the overall executionSupport Demand process for Release changes such as moves, holds, and cancelOrganizational Governance for Cross Product standalone initiatives (when applicable)Manage Allocations in corresponding tool based on input of the Tech Owner team to assign the time and reflect actuals.Support finance related activities / manage project expenses according to the league governance: IEP Management, understanding of assigned capacity (hours/budget), Financial plan, Forecast and actuals monitoring, etc.Responsible to consolidate at product/project level the individual Implementation plans, components log and Minute by Minutes plans, etc
