Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, etc._What a typical day looks like:- _ Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production._- _ Defines resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for_ implementation._- _ Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning._- _ Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments._- _ Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones._- _ Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group._- _ Performs team assessments and evaluations._- _ Efficiently identifies and solves project issues._- _ Monitors project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery._- _ Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues._- _ Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for external services._- _ Create and maintain technical and project documentation._- _ Conduct presentations of technical information._- _ Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
