Minimum 2 +years of experience in recruitment- Review and understand technical job requirements.- Experience with high-volume recruiting environment.- Experience in salary negotiation.- Work well under general supervision, yet be self - motivated and have the proven ability to work independently.**Requirements**:- Willing to work on US time zone- Recruitment experience- Previous experience working with an English company.- Willing to work under pressure- Knows how to research- Willing to be trained.- Have experience in submitting proposals online.- Good IT knowledge- Knows how to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word- Stable internet- Backup power supply (if needed)**Experience**:- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: Remote
