Importante: esta contratacion es directa con la empresa y se busca un reclutador con experiencia IT minima de 4 años, gestion de procesos en Latam (Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica y Brazil) conocimiento de esquemas de compensaciones y salarios en esos paises.Ingles conversacional nivel C1 como minimo es indispensable para esta contratación. El nivel de Ingles se evaluara en entrevista. Paquete de prestaciones superiores se platicará en entrevista. Trabajo 100% remoto, contratación desde cualquier lugar de la Republica Mexicana.Job Description:The Latin American Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Latin America. This role will focus on sourcing candidates for various IT positions, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless and culturally aligned recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in international recruitment, a deep understanding of the Latin American labor market, and fluency in both Spanish and English.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for positions across Latin America.Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates, including LinkedIn and job boards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit.Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on labor trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices in Latin America.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices across various Latin American countries.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degreeExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Latin America and US.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in the region.Experience working in international and multicultural environments.Languages:Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.Skills:Strong understanding of Latin American labor markets and recruitment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and cold calling.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office365 and Excel.Knowledge of specific labor markets and regulations in key Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
