The ideal candidate will have experience in international recruitment, a deep understanding of the Latin American labor market, and fluency in both Spanish and English.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for positions across Latin America.Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates, including LinkedIn and job boards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit.Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on labor trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices in Latin America.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices across various Latin American countries.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degreeExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Latin America and US.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in the region.Experience working in international and multicultural environments.Languages:Fluency in English and Spanish required.
