**Job Title: Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter or IT Talent Acquisition****Experience: 4-5 years****Location: Guadalajara, Mexico**Note: It is Onsite position.**What You'll Be Doing-**You'll be supporting the existing recruitment and onsite delivery team in their large-scale regional recruitment.- Sourcing and headhunting using a variety of channels.- Writing advertisements that bring out the best in the role and are tailored to your audience.- Growing and maintaining a talent pool in several key hiring areas.- Working with the Talent Acquisition Professionals & Delivery Leads to understand their business areas and provide shortlists for their volume roles.- Building awareness in the market of Mphasis as an employer, working with our employer brand and recruitment marketing teams.**Skills Required**:- He or she should be an IT Recruiter, in recent and Past 3+ experience.- Hands-on experience in all the IT Technologies and the latest trending technologies.( Full stack, Frontend, Backend, Web & Mobile, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Q&A etc)- Decent English-speaking skills.- Should know about the Mexico HR Laws.**Speciality Skills**:- Experience working in an agency, RPO, or in-house.- Sourcing and Boolean knowledge. Knowing how to navigate LinkedIn Recruiter is the bare minimum, and we'd hope you have a few sourcing tricks up your sleeve.( Knowledge of Sourcing from GitHub, Stack overflow and other Mexican job portals)- Excellent communication and expectation management skills.- Good organization skills.
