Portuguese is a plus.**Skills**:- Strong understanding of Latin American labor markets and recruitment strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and cold calling.- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel.- Knowledge of specific labor markets and regulations in key Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
